Terms and Conditions for Staff Transportation Services
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of staff transportation services provided by New Pandian Travels Private Limited to corporate clients and their employees. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Scope of Services
- Transportation of employees to and from designated pickup and drop-off locations.
- Services are scheduled based on mutually agreed routes and timings.
- Vehicles used are maintained to meet safety and comfort standards.
3. Service Availability
- Services are available on working days as per the Client’s operational calendar.
- Any changes to schedules must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
- Emergency or ad-hoc requests will be accommodated based on availability.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment shall be made monthly/weekly as per the agreed contract.
- Invoices will be raised at the end of each billing cycle.
- Late payments may attract interest as per applicable laws.
5. Responsibilities of the Service Provider
- Ensure timely arrival and departure of vehicles.
- Employ trained and verified drivers.
- Maintain insurance coverage for vehicles and passengers.
- Comply with all applicable transport and labor laws.
6. Responsibilities of the Client
- Provide accurate employee data and schedule requirements.
- Ensure employees adhere to vehicle safety protocols.
- Notify the Service Provider of any changes in schedule or employee count.
7. Liability
- The Service Provider shall not be liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other force majeure events.
- Any damage or loss caused by passengers may be charged to the Client.
- The Service Provider is not responsible for personal belongings left in vehicles.
8. Termination
- Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice.
- Immediate termination may occur in case of breach of contract or misconduct.
9. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes shall be resolved amicably through negotiation.
- If unresolved, disputes will be subject to arbitration under applicable laws.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
- Employee data shared for transportation purposes will be handled securely.
- Data will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.
11. Amendments
- These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically.
- Continued use of services after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.
